THE POWER OF THE SEED

Ten Truths about the Seed.

Don't judge each day by the harvest you reap but by the seeds that you plant. Robert Louis Stevenson

Every day, people sow all kinds of seeds-good or bad. When seed sowing is mentioned anywhere in the world, the popular thing that comes to mind is money. However, seed sowing has to do with not just our money, but also our time, our energy, our dedication to our studies, our lifestyle, and choices.

One of the most effective and significant laws on planet is the “law of sowing and reaping”. This law can also be described as the “law of cause and effect”. There is always that temptation to eat the seed along with fruit. However, this would be the most unwise thing to do. Below are the ten truths you should know about the seed:
  1. We cannot expect to reap where we have not sown
  2. We reap what we sow. The only seed we are entitled to reap is the one we have sown. It will be unthinkable to plant a cashew seed and expect a mango fruit.
  3. Do not expect to reap something if you sow nothing
  4. We reap more than we sow because; the seed has the capacity to multiply.
  5. When seed sowing is mentioned anywhere in the world, the popular thing that comes to mind is money. However, seed sowing has to do with not just our money, but also our time, our energy, our dedication to our studies.
  6. The seed is very small. However, it is the most powerful tool for reproduction and multiplication.
  7. The seed needs to be watered and given all the necessary nutrition before it develops or it will die.
  8. The seed always dies in the ground before it begins to develop.
  9. Seeds are for future harvest. We cannot expect to reap same day or time that we sow our seeds. To enjoy the harvest of your seeds, you must be patient. Som people through lack of patience, have pulled the seed out of the ground even before it is due for harvest.
Ignorance of the seed sown makes no difference. What so ever a man sows, that will he reap.
